At the beginning of the academic year, the plan of mentoring activities at the department is discussed and approved at the department meeting. Behavioral work with residents is carried out from the first day of training (at practical classes, clinical rounds in clinics, during meetings with edvisors outside of school hours). The faculty of the department is constantly working to improve the general educational and professional level of young physicians.
